"emi-magnetee" established in 1980 by the founder MR. B.H.PATEL.
A small shed existed, where the factory started operating, with an overall strength of 5
persons. Over the past 20 years, we have crossed many milestones, from a turnover of less
than a million. "emi-magnetee" have led the industry in producing Magnetic Separators /
Vibrating Equipments for the control and removal of ferrous tramp iron & metals from
product movement and processing system. "emi-magnetee" , designs, manufactures, and markets a diverse line of
high-tech Magnetic
Separators / Vibrating Equipments.
"emi-magnetee" whose Head Office is situated in BARODA, has established through
continuous development in the field of Magnetic
Separators / Vibrating Equipment and acknowledged
sound technical base for its business activity with a reputation which extends far beyond
the other Countries. "emi-magnetee" has been putting ideas together to generate, innovate, cost effective
solutions in material handling and controlling product flow. Over these many years, "emi-magnetee" has developed
and introduced Magnetic Separators /
Vibrating Equipments practically for almost every
industries.
The experience acquired, together with the flexibility offered by a medium - sized
family business with a little less than 100 employees, enable us to offer effective
solutions to Magnetic Separator & Vibrating Technology to meet the need of today and
future.
Our staff of qualified engineers, acknowledged experts in their field, based at
Head Office and in field offices are at your disposal to provide you with their long
experience in solving your Iron contaminations problems and providing you the details with
regard to planning, design, supplying of the complete solution.
Its own research department into new applications and application areas for
magnets, magnetic systems, vibrators and vibratory systems is continuously doing research.
Through the use of modern, advanced computers and specialist software, complex
calculations can be made very quickly which means it is possible to design magnetic
systems for a wide range of applications accurately and optimally matched to every
required specification. Our design team is supported by the latest computer aided design
technology which enables us to quickly update our standards and meet the requirements for
a precise production and a quick exchange of data with our customers when planning our
plants. By using CAD (Computer Aided Design) techniques, the development department can
directly lead the fabrication of newly developed products and systems.
